Motorists are being advised to avoid a busy stretch of the A1139 in Peterborough this afternoon.
Police said that "delays are likely" due to a broken down vehicle on the Frank Perkins Way between the Eye roundabout and Boongate.
"Avoid the area if possible," added a police spokesperson.
