Peterborough WakePark based in Hampton Waters has confirmed it’s reopening on March 29 in a Covid-safe manner.

Outdoor sporting facilities have been given the green light to reopen from March 29 across the country and the venue had closed its doors in January this year under the lockdown restrictions.

The park offers beginner to expert wakeboard coaching among other facilities.

The water sports venue will be open seven days a week for the Easter holidays and Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday during term time.

The park has also said that full rental kit is available on a pre-ordered basis.

They have also informed visitors of restrictions in place including no changing rooms.

As per the lockdown rules visitors are allowed to visit as one family or household and individuals are welcomed with another friend for exercise.

The Wake park has requested people to pre-book when visiting. More information can be found here
