An arrest warrant has been issued for a city woman who failed to appear on Monday as scheduled.

Kiara Nemcova, 28, was due to be sentenced for four offences which she admitted to at a hearing on September 8.

The charges were possession of the class A drug heroin, using threatening behaviour, assault and failing to comply with a community protection notice.

Nemcova, of Mitchell Close, committed all of the offences in Peterborough on September 6.

A Thorney man is to stand trial accused of causing ABH to a woman.

Luke Davidson, 33, appeared before Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on Monday in custody.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence, said to have occurred in Peterborough on July 9, 2021.

The case was adjourned to November 23.

Davidson, of Whittlesey Road, was granted bail with the conditions not to contact the complainant and not to go to the Bretton area.

A man accused of causing GBH to another in Peterborough has appeared in court.

Alan Harding, 40, is charged with grievous bodily harm with intent to Mark Hunter on April 7, 2020.

Harding appeared before District Judge Ken Sheraton via video link from HMP The Mount in Hemel Hempstead.

The case was sent to Peterborough Crown Court for a hearing on November 8.
