Olga Cecervova, 36, was banned for two years after District Judge Ken Sheraton found the case proved.

She had also failed to attend a first hearing on September 10.

The offence happened near the defendant’s home in Eastwood Avenue, March, on May 11, 2021.

The court was told that Cecervova, who did not have a licence or insurance, blew 90 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Alongside the disqualification, the defendant was fined £500 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £50 victim surcharge.

There were no separate penalties for the licence and insurance offences.
