Casey was arrested on Saturday, November 21, on suspicion of harassment.
He has since been charged with harassment - namely throwing numerous large containers of urine over his neighbour's fence on multiple occasions between October 11 and November 19.
He has been bailed to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on January 8 and has strict bail conditions not to be in contact with the alleged victim.
