"The Thrill" will take on tough Cesar Juarez in a Featherweight boxing encounter, on the undercard of the Josh Kelly-David Avanesyan fight at the Wembley Arena.
Gill handily outpointed Reece Bellotti in one of the first matches at 'Matchroom Square Garden' in the summer, as boxing returned after the first lockdown.
But the aim is now to overcome Juarez and then move onto a world title shot at the Weston Homes Stadium in the future.
Gill, from Chatteris, has been donning his Posh shirt for pre-fight interviews as he warned everyone not to take victory for granted.
Gill told Boxing Scene.com: “This is a great fight against Juarez, it’s going to be all action. You only have to look at his resume, he had one of the fights of the year against Donaire in 2015 and the only guys that have beat him are World Champions or top ten world ranked fighters.
“I want to win and look good, I know it’s not going to be an easy task but it’s a challenge that I’m relishing.
"I’m expecting a tough fight but at this stage of my career this is the step-up I need. He’s the best fighter that I’ve faced.”
Juarez is from the same stable as Enrique Tinoco, who inflicted Jordan's only defeat in 27 fights, but has lost his last two fights by knockout.
Expect Gill to continue the trend as he takes a stride towards the title shot, probably arond the middle rounds.
