The Allama Iqbal Centre is running a nine week fitness course for women between 26 and 45.
The course begins on Monday, September 7 and is completely free for those wishing to take part. It is run by Gladstone Connect and Yasmin Siddique, in partnership with local charity Living Sport.
Health assessments will be carried out at the beginning of the course to measure progression across the nine week course.
Any women between 26 and 45 who are looking to improve their health and wellbeing and learn about diet, nutrition and preventing diabetes, should register their interest in the course here.
Local NHS services are currently running a healthy living campaign called BMIcandoit, encouraging Peterborough residents to eat well, sleep well and get moving.
