(Nearly) gone are the days where you'll spot a fitness class taking place outdoors, nor will you gym-goers need to work out in the rain, because gyms will be able to reopen the doors to rooms which have had to stay closed for months.
In line with government guidance, from Monday, May 17, organised adult sport and exercises classes can resume indoors and saunas and steam rooms may reopen.
In preparation, Vivacity has opened up its class timetable and has encouraged gym-goers to book in.
They said: "We have been delighted to be able to safely open our gyms and leisure centres and welcome you back into our venues. Following the update from the government earlier this week we are super excited to be re-starting our indoor group fitness classes from Monday, May 17.
"From shaking those hips in Zumba to powering the pedals in Studio Cycling our new class timetable gives you loads of choice to enhance your fitness routine at Vivacity.
"From Monday, May 17, you can enjoy the perfect relaxation, as part of your pre-booked swim session, as our sauna and steam rooms will be back open."
If you're not quite ready to move indoors just yet, Vivacity still has their online fitness classes on their YouTube channel here.
