Fundraising for the NHS has been on the rise during the coronavirus pandemic, with everyone hoping to help the medics on the frontline as much as they possibly can. From walking through their gardens to shaving their hair, people have been getting creative with their ideas to raise money to lend a hand.

Andrew Wright has promised to make life a little pinker for his 48th birthday on Sunday, May 10 - if he reaches his £300 goal on JustGiving, he's dying his hair pink!

Writing about his promise, Andrew said: "Over the years my family and I have been looked after and received wonderful care from the NHS and with everything our NHS heroes are going through currently I want to put a little bit back, so please give whatever you can as every little bit helps.

"I will post photos and/or video of my hair going pink on the day! I have never dyed my hair before and I'm not a fan of pink!"
