The pub, which originally closed its doors in March before operating as a takeaway service only in June, has now stopped orders.
Staff shared the news on social media, telling their customers: "Our doors are now closed until further notice, we are no longer operating takeaway.
"Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 10 months. We really appreciate it.
"We will be back when it is safe to reopen our doors. Keep yourselves safe and we will see you again soon. Miss you already, Chris and the team at Mulberry Tree Farm."
Farmhouse Inns, the chain Mulberry Tree Farm falls under, informed their staff that it was no longer viable, and the central decision was rolled out across their pubs.
Customers were pre-warned this weekend, with bosses telling their followers that it would be their last takeaway for a while and to collect their roast dinners, with owners adding: "It's not going to stop us going out with a bang".
The country is currently in its third national lockdown, meaning all non-essential services, including hospitality, has had to close.
