The Sweet Potato Spirit Company has applied for a license to approve their business in Queensgate Shopping Centre. The drinks business already set up shop in Peterborough for a week when lockdown was lifted.
A spokesman for the business said: "It was well-received, but it was different from previous events. We were wearing masks and visors and we took all of the Covid-19 precautions necessary.
"It was great to be back with shoppers. We saw a few familiar faces and repeat customers, it was great to see."
The spirit producer will be setting up shop in the centre from November 27 outside of the former Carphone Warehouse store.
They are hoping to stay in the centre for four weeks in the run up to Christmas – and they're hoping to continue popping up throughout 2021.
