Woman in court for Peterborough thefts and possessing weapon

A woman has been charged with multiple thefts from Boots chemist and possessing a weapon in public.

Natalie Renton, 23, of no fixed address, was arrested yesterday afternoon, July 30, in connection with thefts from the store in Queensgate earlier this month.

She has since been charged with four counts of theft of beauty products and possession of a weapon, namely a baton, in a public place.

She has been remanded in custody and was due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today, July 31.
