It serves the refreshing Taiwanese beverage known as ‘Bubble Tea’ with toppings.

There are around 20 different flavours and 12 different toppings to choose. All teas are freshly brewed, shaken to each individual order and are all 100% Taiwanese Authenticity.

Customers were seen enjoying their first orders this morning at the venue, which was initially scheduled to open last week on July 10 but postponed until today.

Chief executive Suneet Sachdeva said: "I'm so happy to introduce our award-winning bubble tea and renowned customer service to the residents of Peterborough and beyond.

"The team at Bubble CiTea put every effort into ensuring an amazing customer experience and look forward to the visitors to Queensgate Shopping Centre enjoying our bubble teas."

This is not the only bubble tea place to open in the city this week, as Bubbly Bubble Tea opened at the Orton Shopping Centre in Orton Goldhay this week.
