Around 25 stallholders are selling food, jewellery, carvings and even Viking horns on Bridge Street and Long Causeway in the first city centre event after Monday's relaxation of the restrictions.
All stallholders are observing Covid rules and wearing masks/visors, and were given the option of briefly removing them for the photograph.
The market will be in place until Sunday, April 18.
