Independent restaurant due to open at Peterborough services
The restaurant brand PizzaLuxe has confirmed the launch dates of its new pizza and cocktail bars.
The development will create 50 new jobs across both sites.
Founder Paul Goodale has said: “Our aim has always been simple and still remains at the heart of what we do; affordable luxury, exclusively for all.

The Venue is set to launch in November and will be the first independent restaurant brand in the UK to operate a High-quality, full-service restaurant and bar at motorway travel sites.
It is set to open daily from 7am, the new pizza bars will be open from breakfast till late.
The restaurant aims to give drivers a break from big chain restaurants in the area such as McDonalds and KFC by serving up signature handmade thin-crust pizzas Aperitivo's and fresh salad
As well as this PizzaLuxe will also offer a made-to-order cocktail menu and a full-service bar.
