The upgrades will provide an additional 14,000 sq ft of new office space, as well as alterations to the main entrance, reception and existing restaurant. There will also be a new fitness suite installed for workers to use.

These refurbishments have been carefully planned to protect the Grade II listed status of the building, with only minor exterior upgrades.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management, the company overseeing the development, said: “We’re pleased that this extensive programme of works is now underway and are confident that these upgrades will make a huge impact.

Lynch Wood Park is located three miles west of Peterborough city centre, and is home to a range of businesses employing approximately 2,000 people.
