The company, based at Tesla Court in Lynch Wood, is searching for ‘people’ people to further expand the business – as it prepares to add America to its international operating areas.

The Sterling Choice is registered in both the UK and North America – specifically North Carolina, a state famed for its warm weather, picturesque scenery and thriving business climate.

The company reports that when the time is right, the first state-side office will be confirmed, with a view to relocating those members of the team that have been working in the UK, supporting the American markets.

Focusing on recruiting in the food manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and engineering sectors, The Sterling Choice has continued to grow throughout the pandemic, and recently welcomed four new members of staff.

Director Lukas Vanterpool, who founded the business with Gareth Whyatt in 2013, said: “What we all have in common – apart from the drive and determination to succeed as individuals and as a team – is that we are ‘people’ people.

“Our background careers include hospitality, customers services, leisure and sales. We are looking for dynamic team players who will also embrace and celebrate each other’s successes.

“We already operate in parts of Europe, including Germany and Holland, and are looking to expand into the American market.

“Not only is this an exciting opportunity to work with overseas clients, but it also means that successful candidates will have the chance to work their day on a different time zone which may offer great flexibility, work/life balance and be more appealing than the average 9 to 5.”

Lukas and Gareth recently thanked their 15-strong team for going the extra mile during the past few months by introducing a profit share to be enjoyed by staff. This means all its employees will benefit from 30 per cent of all post-tax profits being shared equally among each member of the business.

Profits over the past few years fluctuated between £300,000 and £500,000.
