WestPoint, home to Bauer Media and previously occupied by Thomas Cook, has undergone its £4 million refurbishment, now providing a business lounge, gym, sports hall and café, car park with electric vehicle charging capability and five-star data connectivity rating. A new 10-year lease has been agreed with Western Union International Bank for space totalling 12,249 sq ft on the second floor. Meanwhile, environmental consultant Jeremy Benn Associates Ltd (JBA) has signed a new five-year lease for nearly 5,000 sq ft on the first floor.
