New technology-focused estate agency aims to 'do things differently'

Michael and Morgan Parry have launched Frank Modern, a new style of estate agency

Frank Modern has been founded by husband and wife team Michael and Morgan Parry and based out of Stuart House offices rather than a traditional high street store. 

The agency aims to capitalise on the rapidly changing real estate industry, focusing on new technology such as 3D virtual tours, professional photography and tailored social media campaigns.

As part of the package, Frank Modern customers will have access to a range of digital house-selling methods, including a customer portal which means sellers can see and engage with every enquiry that comes in.

Michael has more than 15 years' experience in real estate, previously at the helm of Sheffield's biggest estate agency, and he and Morgan have returned to the region where they were both born and raised to use the local experience to launch a service that "does things differently".

Speaking about the launch of the business, Michael said: "Morgan and I are over the moon to realise the vision of launching our own estate agency brand in Peterborough, something we have been working towards for years. Estate agency is changing rapidly and the typical high street agent is on the decline. Removing the cost of high street rent means we can spend more on marketing clients’ properties, reaching a wide audience while offering customers real value for money.

"Frank Modern’s mission is simple – provide warm and professional service, as you’d expect from a family business, while using the power of technology alongside modern strategies to get your house sold as soon as possible (our aim is within 30 days) for the best possible price. 

"Our customer portal is available 24 hours, seven days a week, meaning buyers can book house viewings at any time of day from anywhere, so we will never miss an opportunity for our customers."

Morgan added: "Michael and I created Frank Modern because we wanted to do things differently from other agents. As well as our expertise in the industry, with over 3,000 property sales between us, we have in-depth knowledge of this area, having both been brought up locally.

"As a family business, our service really has a personal feel. We are there for our customers throughout the often stressful house buying or selling process, from first viewings until they pick up the keys on completion day.
