The Master Your Marketing group is the latest small business resource from Natalie Brannigan at The Little Marketing Company, which celebrates its second anniversary this month.

Members of this group get access to a number of marketing resources that cover a range of needs, from marketing strategy and planning to techniques for better social media and email marketing. A private Facebook group allows for members to ask questions, share experiences, take part in regular Q&A sessions with Natalie and contribute to a 'marketing focus of the month'.

This group was being developed before the Covid-19 pandemic, but Natalie is finding that it's helping businesses to overcome challenges thrown up by the outbreak and the economic effect it's having. She said: "The lesson of previous economic downturns has been that stepping up marketing activity is an important survival strategy.

"Maintaining or growing sales requires you to keep visible and relevant in the marketplace. That's what can be achieved with a good marketing plan followed through with regular activity.

"Members of the Master Your Marketing group tell me that they value the blend of resources, community and supportive monitoring of their progress. It's helping them to keep on track with their marketing.

"The UK is officially in recession, and none of us knows what the next year or so will bring. But I'm convinced that this is a time for businesses to learn new marketing skills, gain confidence in their ability, support each other and share experiences. This is what Master Your Marketing delivers."

The Little Marketing Company was set up two years ago. Natalie has since helped over 100 companies without internal departments and resources to create and implement marketing plans. In 2018, the business won the 'New Business Award' in the Peterborough Small Business Awards and in 2019 it was highly commended in the Professional Services category.
