Impact Recruitment Services has opened an office in Peterborough, in the Eco Innovation Centre off City Road, and hopes to play a role in the city's vision for sustainable development and growth.

The recruitment company recently helped one of its clients, URBN UK, transition to larger premises in Peterborough and decided to make the city its fourth home. Other Impact offices are in Northampton, Wellingborough and Corby.

Helen Thorne, branch manager, said: "There was a need for a place in Peterborough for a recruitment agency that puts people and service above all else, and here it is – Impact Recruitment Services.

"Businesses have had to change and adapt more than ever, adopting new ways of working, now is a pertinent time to review what you need and who is best placed to fulfil it as a business. With that in mind, I'd be more then delighted to have these conversations with local businesses."

Paul Hooper, director for Impact Recruitment Services, added: "Our strategy is simple – by helping our clients grow we will grow ourselves. We’re a people first recruitment agency which means we always do our best for everyone – colleagues, candidates and clients – and in return, they do their best for us.

"The good folk of Peterborough have been extremely welcoming, and we can’t wait to meet more of you."

Impact Recruitment is an independent agency, with an experience team covering industrial, supply chain, technical and engineering, and commercial recruitment. It hopes to build long-term partnerships with Peterborough businesses and jobseekers by offering temporary or permanent staffing solutions.
