Simon Penson built and then sold local digital agency Zazzle Media into New York Stock Exchange listed company Interpublic Group. He is currently a partner at a local investment fund, Haatch Ventures, which is a business that invests in start ups.
This session, organised by Digital People in Peterborough (DPiP), is for those wanting to set up their own digital business, with Simon giving advice and lessons learned from his own endeavours to help other entrepreneurs find a similar success.
DPiP is a community open to anyone with an interest in anything digital, promoting collaborative knowledge sharing and engagement through digital technology. There are monthly meetings held in central Peterborough on the first Wednesday of every month.
This event will be held at Bewiched Coffee in Bridge Street from 7pm until 9pm on Wednesday, March 4. It's a free social event, but organisers ask that attendees RSVP here.
