As with previous years, Pride will include a parade and street party which will take place on Saturday July 11, 2020.
Simon Green, chair of Peterborough Pride, said: "Last year, Pride took the city by storm. In 2020, we will be building on the success of previous years and I am delighted on behalf of everyone involved to announce the dates for this year's Pride Festival.
"We have now extended the festival to run over two weeks, which is a reflection of how much Pride has grown year on year. It's truly incredible what we have achieved so far, especially as Peterborough was a little late to the Pride party."
He continued: "We are now in our third year and have quickly become recognised as one of the up and coming, most happening, inclusive and vibrant pride events regionally. Our focus for 2020 is twofold: to strengthen our local LGBT+ community and showcase LGBT+ talent. Both are additions to our previous aims of building alliances and strengthening visibility."
