I feel so proud of you, to see your courage and strength to go on television and talk about your son Jordan, regards his heart problems. Jordan's heart failed him, but he never failed us and was brave until the end, and then he knew it was time to say goodbye. Well done Sarah, Jordan would be so proud of you. Dad xx SARAH
