A pedestrian has died after being hit and killed by a car on the Longthorpe Parkway in Peterborough.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on Friday night (February 9).
A white Audi A1 Sport was travelling westbound when it struck the woman at about 7:30pm.
The woman, who was in her 30s, was taken to hospital but later died of her injuries.
The driver of the car, a 21-year-old woman from Peterborough, remained at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.

Officers would like anyone with information or dashcam footage of the collision, or the moments before or after, to get in touch.
