An inquest has been opened following the death of a 31-year-old man in a road traffic collision in Peterborough.
Nathan Hooker was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident which happened in Newcombe Way, Orton Southgate, on November 14.
An inquest was opened into his death last Thursday (November 28) at Lawrence Court, in Huntingdon.

David Heming, a senior coroner for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, shared limited details about the circumstances.
However he offered a provisional cause of death as “1A Multiple Severe Traumatic Injuries” and explained further examination of toxicological samples is being undertaken.
Mr Heming adjourned the matter with a provisional date of May 19, 2025 set for the next hearing.
He added: “I extend my sincerest condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased for their loss.”
