A lorry and a car were involved in a crash on a busy A-road near Peterborough this morning.
Police were called at about 7.50am today (Wednesday October 22) to the southbound A1, near the A47 junction at Wansford.
Lane one of the A1 southbound between Wittering and Wansford has been closed as a result.
Officers said that traffic is building and vehicles are moving "very slow" .

Officers remain at the scene dealing with the accident.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Constabulary added: "We will keep you updated when the lane is open again."
