Pudsey Bear delighted Nova Primary Academy with a visit.

The much-loved mascot thrilled pupils in Years 3 to 6 during a special Children in Need assembly before joining the younger classes for a game of musical bears.

Laughter and excitement echoed through the school as the children celebrated the importance of helping others.

Pudsey also spent time with the School Council, discussing their fundraising initiatives and Nova Primary's support of the Children in Need campaign.

The council is set to share their experience on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire later this week.

Daniel Saull, headteacher of Nova Primary, part of Keys Academies Trust, said: "It was a real privilege to welcome Pudsey to Nova Primary Academy.

"The children were thrilled to meet him, and it was a fantastic way to bring the message of kindness, generosity, and community spirit to life.

"We’re incredibly proud of how our pupils have embraced the Children in Need campaign and the positive difference they’re helping to make."

The visit served as a heart-warming reminder of the school's shared commitment to a worthy cause.
