An 81-year-old man and 80-year-old woman who were seriously injured after a crash in Peterborough have sadly died in hospital.
The collision involved a silver Ford Kuga and white DAF lorry and happened at around 11.20am on March 9.
Emergency services were called to the roundabout on the A1139 Fletton Parkway, at the junction with Boongate.
The driver of the Ford Kuga, Graham Tabbitt, 81, and wife Virginia, 80, both of Victoria Avenue, Whittlesey were both taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.
They passed away in the same hospital over the weekend of March 21.

The driver of the lorry was uninjured and remained at the scene to help officers with their enquiries.
An investigation into the crash was launched.
Anyone who may have witnessed either vehicle before the collision and anyone with relevant dash cam footage was urged to contact police.
