A major A-road in Peterborough remains shut after a crash between a lorry and two cars. 

Police were called at around 6.50am this morning (Friday May 15) to the westbound carriageway of the A47, at Walton.

Cambridgeshire Police confirmed no arrests have been made and no injuries were sustained in the collision. 

A spokesperson for the force said: "Officers remain at the scene, and the road is still closed while recovery operations are being arranged."
