Photos have captured the scale of a major police operation in two villages and a town in Cambridgeshire.
It comes after residents took to social media to report a large police presence in several villages, including Warboys and Pondersbridge, on July 23.
It was later revealed neighbourhood officers were supporting the Ministry of Defence Police with an operation.
In an update, Cambridgeshire Constabulary revealed officers were deployed around RAF Wyton, Ramsey and Warboys as part of Project Servator.
Both forced carried out vehicle checks, engaged with residents and provided a "visible policing presence to help deter and disrupt criminal activity".
The operation was attended by Huntingdon MP Ben Obese Jecty.
He said there had been instances of organised crime groups targeting RAF Wyton with the operation providing a "deterrent".

The approach relies on "unpredictable and highly visible" police deployments while building a "network of vigilance" made up of businesses and community partners.
