A Peterborough doctor is facing a misconduct hearing this week over allegations of sexual harassment and abuse of his position.
Dr Paramathasan Dhanushan's hearing will start tomorrow (Wednesday August 12) in Manchester and is expected to run until August 27.
It will investigate claims of inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour towards two women - referred to as Ms A and Ms B to protect their identities.
Allegations include sexual harassment towards Ms A, and abuse of Dr Dhanushan's more senior position towards Ms A and Ms B.
The tribunal is set to reconvene in October.
The decision will be published online at mpts-uk.org within 28 days of its conclusion.
