A former Cambridgeshire police officer has been sentenced after admitting drink driving.
Adam Bassingdale, 38, was disqualified from driving for 12 months at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Friday (August 7).
He was arrested at force headquarters on December 23 after failing a breath test.

Mr Bassingdale was dismissed from the force after an accelerated misconduct hearing found he had breached professional standards of discreditable conduct and fitness for duty.
He admitted a charge of drink driving before magistrates on January 15.
