A young girl has pleaded guilty to assaulting eight police officers in Cambridgeshire at a recent court hearing.
The 14-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Huntingdon Magistrates' Court for her first hearing on August 5.
She faced 11 charges overall, including two counts of common assault and eight counts of assaulting a constable in the execution of his/her duty.
She was also accused of assault by beating which was alleged to have occurred between April and May, 2026.
The teenager entered nine guilty pleas overall, including to all eight charges of assaulting a constable and to the assault by beating offence.
She was served with a conditional discharge for each of the offences lasting for a period of six months.
No pleas were entered for the common assault charges which were subsequently withdrawn at the hearing.
