A man has been arrested after armed police swooped on two homes in Peterborough.
Officers were first called at 10pm on Thursday (August 13) to an address in Bretton after reports of threats being made.
They also attended a separate property in Crabtree, Paston.
A 41-year-old man from Peterborough was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and taken to custody where he remains.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Constabulary confirmed an investigation remains ongoing.
