A recently refurbished village pub in Yaxley is searching for a new landlord to take over the venue and expand its food and events offering.

The Three Horseshoes in Yaxley, Cambridgeshire, is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to take the reins of a recently refurbished venue with a loyal customer base and room to grow its food and events offering.

Presented in excellent condition throughout, the pub features a main bar popular for televised sport, a second bar area, and a cosy restaurant space.

Angus Carrington, regional manager at Stonegate Pub Partners, said: "The Three Horseshoes is a fantastic pub with a well-established customer base and a great reputation within the local community.

"Following its recent refurbishment, it's in excellent condition and ready for the next publican to hit the ground running.

"There is a real opportunity here to build on what's already successful by developing the food offer, creating exciting events and making the most of the fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces.

"For the right operator, this is a chance to take a great village pub and unlock its full potential."

The site also includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen, providing the ideal foundation for an expanded food menu and a stronger dining trade.

Outdoors, the pub boasts a large garden with a patio, lawn, and dedicated children’s play area, as well as a tarmacked car park and additional land suitable for events or overflow parking.

Stonegate Pub Partners is seeking a community-focused publican who can build on the pub’s success while introducing new ideas to attract even more guests.

The opportunity comes with private two-bedroom accommodation, making it a strong prospect for a live-in operator.

Located just five miles from Peterborough and close to the A1, Yaxley has seen significant growth in recent years and benefits from attractions including Peterborough Speedway, Peterborough FC, and Longthorpe Tower.
