A man accused of masturbating outside a Cambridgeshire nursery is due in court.

Matthew Babarinde, of Blackberry Lane, Whittlesey, is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates' Court on Friday (October 16) at 10am.

The 35-year-old is charged with committing an act of outraging public decency, namely masturbating in a bush.

According to Cambridgeshire Constabulary, the incident is alleged to have occurred outside Alderman Jacobs Primary School and Lilliput Nursery in Whittlesey.

The hearing is Babarinde's first and it is not known if he will be asked to enter pleas to the offence.
