A Cambridgeshire house has gone viral after a social media star spotted a Chinese takeaway in its back garden.
The two-bedroom end-terrace property in Churchfield Road, Peterborough, is listed for £180,000 by Rosedale Property Agents
It has attracted attention after being featured by influencer Jack Bushrod, known for his Housing Horrors account.
"This is quite cool. More people should actually do this," he said.
"Instead of hiring out an actual place in the high street just build it in your garden."
He also praised the appearance of the business, saying: "I would love to know what the food is like here. The kitchen looks very clean. It looks very nice."
The outbuilding operates as Dragon House Chinese takeaway, which has a rating of 3.7 out of 5 stars on Google.
The property listing describes the house as offering "something unique."
"The outbuilding in the garden of the property is currently being used as a Chinese takeaway – giving the new buyer a fantastic opportunity to make something of their own," the listing reads.
