In one of the most exciting events in the run-up to Christmas Peterborough Unlocked presents live Graffiti X Street Art on November 27 and 28, with some of our best-known artists showcasing their talents from 3pm.

Nyces (Street Arts Hire) Katie Scott, Process and Korp will be among the acts creating murals in the city centre, joined by the Battle Lines Crew including Arran Macphail, Tru Creative and many more.

Between them these creatives have been responsible for many of the best artistic highlights in the city, including the recent Millfield Link Mural, Cuckoo Hollow, and much more.

Meanwhile circus performers will help open the Christmas season with a mixture of street acrobats and circus walkabouts, and nearby is the vegan market as well.

Roaming around this hub of creativity will be the Winter Wonderland Birds. These feathered beauties bring the sounds of peacocks to Peterborough with magnificent visual effect.

More sound is brought by the Dickensian Christmas Ding Dong, a virtuoso strolling musical performance decked in holly and ivy.
Christmas stilt walkers Tinsel and Cracker will also roam Peterborough with a huge helping of festive fun and cheer.

The events have been put together by Peterborough Positive - for more information follow them on Twitter (@VisitPeterboro) and Facebook/PeterboroughVIC - #UnlockingPeterborough
